Who we are
The Clock Tower Sanctuary is a Christian-inspired, voluntary organisation and registered Charity.
A Management Committee of eight Trustees, including many of the founding members, is responsible for organisational strategy and management.
A full-time Project Manager and a part-time Project Worker are responsible for the day-to-day running of our service, with the support of twenty Open College Network accredited volunteers.
Mission, Vision and Values
Our mission is to support young people who are homeless and/or insecurely housed to fully exercise their rights and entitlements and to take responsibility for their lives.
We believe young people have the right to enjoy a safe and welcoming space that provides relief and comfort from the insecurity, isolation and chaos of being homeless or in temporary accomodation.
We are committed to enabling young people who are excluded from mainstream society as a result of their homelessness to enjoy the same rights, entitlements and opportunities as their peers.
With appropriate support and encouragement, we believe young people can take responsibility for themselves and their actions and, in so doing, enjoy more satisfying and fulfilled lives.
We respect the uniqueness of every individual and treat all people equally, regardless of their ethnicity, gender, race, religion and sexual orientation.
